Design concept

We embraced the rawness rather than concealing it. Exposed concrete became the canvas; warm lighting, acoustic panels wrapped in wool felt, and living plant walls became the humanizing elements. Every zone — co-working, lounge, bar — maintains visual connection while offering acoustic privacy.
